Back in 1970, the restaurant business (Lums) brought our family from Illinois to Georgia. Very soon after that I found myself spending weekends and summers in the store doing everything from busing tables and the dishes to eventually manning the grill and everything in between. This is where I developed my love for cooking.

Over the last few years I've been putting my favorite recipes together in a format other than scribbled or typed on paper.
